Official Court Gear

If prior to shipping the product, which is usually 1-2 days from the time of purchase, we can offer a refund to a customer. Once shipped, we do not offer a refund, but would possibly accept a return or an exchange of the product. Customers may receive a refund or an exchange if any of the following conditions apply*:
1. The product is defective, or not up to adequate standards, and has not met our standards or expectations.
2. The product is new and unused in any way.
3. The return request is made within 7 days of the original delivery.
4. The returned product must be received back no later than 30 days from the day it was first delivered to the customer.
5. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
