At Johnny Allen Tennis, we are committed to giving families an affordable alternative to expensive tennis classes at the local tennis club or pricey private lessons with the local tennis pro hanging out at the park. We want to provide a fun and exciting tennis experience to every student enrolled.

Since we eat, breathe and sleep tennis, we understand the magic a child feels as they hit the ball for the first time, and the self-confidence they gain as they continue to grow and improve. Put simply, we want to pass on our love for the sport on to all of our students.

We have tennis classes, camps and leagues for students of all ages and abilities, so we are sure to have classes that the entire family can enjoy. We also keep our prices low so that our families can afford to play, grow and improve all year long.

WHO IS JOHNNY ALLEN?

Johnny Allen had a vision of giving families a high quality tennis academy at affordable pricing. He played many different sports as a young man, and competed at the collegiate level with several, including tennis.

​But growing up without a lot of money, unfortunately made reaching the higher levels of tennis a very difficult path to travel. So after competing in college and coaching professionally, he decided to turn his vision into a reality.

Johnny Allen believes tennis should be available to every child with a dream. Now, he and his staff implement his high quality training system every day, and one that parents can actually afford. Johnny's dream of tennis instruction being accessible for every young tennis player has now finally come true.

TENNIS CAMPS

We like to say that our tennis camps are the most fun you'll find on a tennis court. We have camps running at many locations all Summer long, and during Spring and Winter breaks as well. All tennis campers are given 12 hours of fun in the sun, working on all major strokes through tons of drills and games.

All Johnny Allen Tennis Camps also feature upbeat music blasting, while playing tennis, and some other awesome games, like dodgeball, water balloon wars, chalk art contests, and ultimate frisbee. All campers will also participate in a huge hit for prizes, for lots of goodies and giveaways.

NOVICE TENNIS LEAGUE

When you are new to competing in tennis matches, it can be downright scary. Let's face it, it can be intimidating to play your first tournament match, when you have to drive to some new city and then are forced to play against another player you've never met. We want to make your child's first competitive tennis experience as friendly as possible. The Novice Tennis League definitely takes care of all this!

The Johnny Allen Tennis League is also a unique concept. It is designed for novice players with little to no match play experience. We feature court monitors walking around and helping young players with scoring, rules and even serving. It is perfect preparation for future tournament, and high school play.

ACADEMY CLASSES

At Johnny Allen Tennis, we strive every day to give each player the best tennis experience possible. We are best known for our academy, where we implement Johnny Allen's own personal training system, designed to maximize each junior player's potential, through proper technique, footwork, and repetition.

The Johnny Allen Tennis Academy now has grown to many locations, with hundreds of students per year. We always keep the training fun for our students, through incredibly fun and effective drills and games. Every class features a scheduled lesson plan and is crafted to get the most out of each student.

We have many locations in beautiful and sunny Southern California. We take pride in our facilities and the communities that we serve. Most locations are situated within Orange County, the Inland Empire, and into the San Gabriel Valley. Most are within driving distance of each other, with easy freeway access.

Over the years, we have maintained wonderful partnerships with many cities and school districts, holding countless tennis classes, league matches and camps at local parks and schools. Our goal is to be ambassadors to the sport, growing the game, and creating new, young tennis players committed to tennis for life.

COACHING STAFF

At Johnny Allen Tennis, we pride ourselves in being professional and caring with every student involved. All of our coaches have been personally trained in Johnny Allen's coaching system. Our coaches are dedicated to spreading their love of tennis to all of their students.

​All of our staff also have thorough coaching resumes, or have played and/or competed at the collegiate or professional level. That professionalism shines through every day. We believe that learning tennis should be fun and exciting for every student, and we work extremely hard every night to make that happen.
